I want your experience with Anam Cara Clay Goods to be smooth, clear, and full of good surprises. Here's everything you need to know — from how I package your order to what happens if something goes wrong.
Damages & Returns
Every order is packed with love — tissue paper wrapping and recyclable paper shreds inside a corrugated shipping box for extra protection. Your piece deserves to arrive just as beautiful as when it left the studio.
Please inspect your package thoroughly upon opening. If your order arrives damaged or broken, contact me via email within 3 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item in its original packaging.
Because most pieces are one-of-a-kind, an exact replacement may not always be possible — but I will do everything I can to make it right with a comparable option.
Because my products are intended for physical wear, I do not accept returns for quality control and sanitary purposes.
If your order has not yet shipped, cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of purchase.
Exchanges
I gladly accept exchanges. Please contact me at anamcaraclay@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery to start the process.
Items must be returned in their original condition within 30 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and the buyer is responsible for any loss in value if the item is damaged in transit back to me.
Items broken by the customer do not qualify for an exchange. Custom and personalized orders are final sale and cannot be exchanged.
Shipping
All orders require approximately 3–5 business days to prepare for shipment. Once dropped off at the post office, allow an additional 1–3 business days for delivery to your address.
Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or federal holidays.
Shipping time begins once the item is accepted by USPS. Anam Cara Clay Goods is not responsible for any package once it has been handed over to and accepted by USPS, including lost or stolen items.

Free local delivery or a designated pickup location is available if you're within a 25-mile radius of Waynesboro, VA. Just reach out after placing your order to arrange the details.

Anam Cara Clay Goods currently ships within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been processed for shipping, you'll receive a confirmation email with a USPS tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours after receiving your tracking number for the tracking portal to update.
