These handmade polymer clay sunflower earrings are built around one of my favorite shapes to work with. The half circle has a flat top edge and a curved sweep that feels modern and a little unexpected — like it shouldn't work as well as it does, and then you put it on and it just does. Each lightweight drop features a hand-painted antique gold sunflower nestled into one corner and hangs from an oval stained wood ear post that adds natural warmth without competing for attention.

Polymer clay is more durable than it looks — but a little love goes a long way.

• Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight

• Keep away from water, perfume, hairspray, and lotions — put your jewelry on last

• Clean gently with a soft dry cloth

• Avoid dropping on hard surfaces

• Each piece is finished with a protective coating to preserve color and shine

All earring findings are hypoallergenic — either stainless steel, sterling silver, or 14K, 18K, or 24K gold plated — making them safe and comfortable for sensitive ears.
