Show Up for the Small Stuff
Winter has a way of making everything feel heavy. But what if the moments you keep rushing past are actually the ones that matter most? This episode is about joy, presence, and showing up for your own life — even when the world is a lot.
The daffodil didn't wait for perfect conditions. It just showed up.
This episode came straight out of my own winter struggle.
I had set an intention at the start of the year to create with presence — not panic — and then the season hit and tested that almost immediately. I was grinding through the Winter Mini Collection, chasing a deadline, and completely missing the joy of making. The moment I stopped, delayed the launch, and gave myself permission to just be with the work? Everything shifted.
That's what this episode is about. Not some big dramatic life overhaul — just the small, ordinary moments that are quietly holding all the joy, if we slow down enough to notice them. The daffodil. The long lunch. The conversation that fills your chest right up. Those aren't filler. They're the whole thing.
